He also led numerous assets and strategies classes. Before he started the real estate agency, he worked for Unibail Rodamco Westfield (URW) and Mount Anvil. Payne has personally overseen dozens of projects during his tenure. Greycoat came a little bit later.

Today, the real estate agency and company has worked on more than 100 different projects around London. Many of their projects are commercial offices and prominent buildings that cover more than 5 million square feet.
