André Des Rochers is the president and founding partner of Granderson Des Rochers, LLP. André has a background in tax law and has spent many years providing services to the firm’s clients in the fields of accounting, corporate transactions, intellectual property law, and litigation. He also focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency matters as well as state compliance. André Des Rochers is a member of the Nevada Board of Legal Specialization for Estate Planners & Tru. stees (EBPC). André Des Rochers holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1985. He was admitted to practice before the US Tax Court in 1998 and is licensed to practice before all Nevada state courts. André also has extensive experience appearing before all Federal District Courts within the State of Nevada, including Bankruptcy Courts. He also is a Certified Bankruptcy Trustee (CBT).

He is also licensed to practice before all Federal District Courts within the State of Nevada as well as before the United States Tax Court. The successful entertainment lawyer has been certified to appear before the United States Bankruptcy Court and has extensive experience in bankruptcy matters. André Des Rochers has been a member of the American Bar Association since 1985. He has been a guest speaker in numerous bar association and other seminars, including the Clark County Bar Association Annual Meeting.

 

Also, the State Bar of Nevada Annual Convention, the International Association of Administrative Professionals annual conventions; and at seminars for the Nevada State Bankruptcy Court as well as mediation seminars on behalf of American Institute Products Ltd. André Des Rochers has contributed to the community as a volunteer and advisor.
