Sujit Choudhry together with other constitutional law scholars recently penned a letter to both Spain and the Catalan governments on the recent crisis in Catalonia that requested both sides to have a dialogue. Their hope was that all the members of the two governments would act positively and have a healthy discussion concerning their constitutional problems.
