Paul is running for Lieutenant Governor for Nevada because he wants to ensure that all Nevadans have the opportunity to pursue the American Dream by working to create jobs and diversify the economy. As Lieutenant Governor, he will focus on economic development, strengthening tourism, and developing the green jobs.

Economic Development
Paul has over ten years experience in business development and marketing and wants to use his expertise to help grow Nevada’s economy.
Strengthening Tourism
Nevada is the most tourism dependent economy in the United States and Paul wants to build on the successes of that industry, strengthen and diversify it.
Green Economy
The development of the green industry is a natural fit for Nevada because of our state’s abundant sources of clean alternative energy, such as solar, wind and geothermal.

Primary Election
May 22 – June 4, 2010: EARLY VOTING – Various Locations and Hours

June 1, 2010, 5:00 p.m.: Mail Ballot Request Deadline
Last day for the Election Department to RECEIVE written requests for the Primary Election

JUNE 8, 2010:
PRIMARY ELECTION DAY – VOTE 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.


General Election
October 2, 2010: Voter Registration Deadline
Last day to register, update registration or change party affiliation for the General Election without appearing in-person at the Election Department offices.

October 3 – 12, 2010: In-Office Voter Registration
Voters may register, update registration or change party affiliation for the General Election IN-PESRON only at one of the Election Department’s two offices. Hours vary.

October 16 – 29, 2010:
EARLY VOTING – VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND HOURS


October 26, 2010, 5:00 p.m. Mail Ballot Request Deadline
Last day for the Election Department to RECEIVE written requests for the General Election.

NOVEMBER 2, 2010:
GENERAL ELECTION DAY – VOTE 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
